I totally understand that life brings its challenges and sometimes you are not able to keep your appointment due to ill health or out of the blue commitments.

If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment I require at least 24 hours notice.

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the treatment.

Non-attendance without notice will incur a cancellation fee of the cost of the treatment and future booking will require a 50% deposit up front.
