I am very passionate about all things health, wellbeing and fitness related and love that I am able to give clients a pocket of restorative time to stop, breathe, relax and allow the body to release tension and stress. I strongly believe massage and energy work should be part of everyone’s self care list. The impact an hour’s treatment has for a client is impressive; reducing stress and increasing relaxation, reducing pain, muscle soreness and tension, decreased joint inflammation, improved circulation, energy, alertness and sleep.
My opening hours are:
Tuesday: 4.30pm to 8pm
Wednesday: 4.30pm to 8pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4pm
